How long does it take to make a video?
Usually a few minutes. It runs in the background, so you can leave the page; the video appears in My videos.
My video failed. Did I lose my credits?
No. If a video fails, its credits come back automatically so you can try again at no extra cost.
What kind of photo should I upload?
One clear photo of one person, face visible and looking at the camera, in good light.
What format are the videos? Do they have sound?
MP4, about 5 seconds, without sound. Add music when you post it in TikTok, Reels or CapCut.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. See the Commercial use and copyright article for what to check before posting.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing and cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
