Do subscriptions renew automatically?

Yes. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing and keep access until the current period ends.

How does the new-user offer work?

For 7 days after you sign up, your first order gets the new-user price: about 30% off a credit pack, or off the first 30 days of a monthly plan, which then renews monthly at the regular price. Yearly plans keep their regular 20% saving, with no extra new-user discount. It applies to one order only.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. An upgrade starts a new billing period today at the new plan's price and gives you its full credits right away, while the credits you already have keep their expiry dates. If you're on a yearly plan, the months you haven't received yet are taken off the price. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

When do my credits expire?

Monthly plan credits last until the end of each billing month. Yearly plans get their credits every month, and each month's credits last until the end of that month. Credit packs last one year and sign-up credits 7 days. Your Credits page shows the exact expiry of every batch.

Do I need a subscription to buy a credit pack?

Accepted Answer

No. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. You can use one on its own or add it to an account that already has a subscription.

How many credits does a video cost?

Each effect shows its cost on the button before you start, so there are no surprises. Downloading your videos is always free.

Will I be charged for a failed generation?

Accepted Answer

No. If a video fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Where can I find payment records and invoices?

Open Settings → Payments to review completed orders. When the payment provider supplies an invoice link, it appears alongside the corresponding payment.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are reviewed case by case under our refund policy, based on unused credits or remaining months. Contact support with your order number. When a refund is made, the order's unused credits are removed.
