Introduction

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you use My Ride Is Here AI, our AI video generation service.

The service is operated by Mojivid Lab, Shenzhen, China.

Information We Collect

  1. Account information — Your name, email address and other details you provide when you sign up. If you buy without signing up, we create a guest account for your browser and keep the email address you give at checkout.
  2. Content you submit — The photos you upload, the descriptions (prompts) you type, and the effects or style presets you choose.
  3. Results — The videos you generate.
  4. Usage and billing records — The features you use, credits charged and returned, and order information.
  5. Device information — Device type, operating system and browser type, used to improve compatibility and performance.
  6. Cookies — Used to keep you signed in and remember your preferences; when analytics is enabled, also to understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy.
  7. Payment information — Your card and billing details are collected and processed by our reseller, Waffo.com Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record, not by us. We receive the order details we need to deliver your purchase, such as the product, amount, currency and your account email, and we never receive or store full card numbers.
  8. How you found us — On your first visit we note the site that linked to us, the campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source) and the page you arrived on. If you sign up, this is kept with your account so we can see which channels bring users and customers. When Google Analytics is enabled, sign-ups and payments are also reported to it with your account ID, not your name or email.
  9. Moderation records — The result of each automated check on your descriptions, uploaded photos and results. When a check refuses or holds something, we keep what was checked (the words, or the address of the photo) for review; refused results are deleted and never shown.

How We Use This Information

  • To generate the videos you request.
  • To provide, maintain and improve the service, and to process transactions and send confirmations.
  • To send account, security and service notices, and to respond to your questions and support requests.
  • To email you a private link to a video you bought without an account, at the address you gave at checkout.
  • To email you when results you started finish after you have left, and occasionally to remind you that you still have credits to use. Each of these emails has a one-click unsubscribe link; account and receipt emails are not affected.
  • To understand which channels and campaigns bring users and customers.
  • To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and breaches of our Terms of Service.
  • To check descriptions and photos for prohibited content before generating, and results before they are shown, and to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.

We do not use the content you submit or your results to train artificial intelligence models.

Third-Party Processors

To complete your requests we send the necessary data to the providers below. They process it under their own terms and privacy policies, and some are located outside your country or region:

  • AI generation
    • Yir (yir.ai), our main AI API provider, and Kie (kie.ai), our backup: receive your descriptions and photos and pass them to the AI models that make your videos. The models are listed in our Terms of Service.
    • If we route a feature through another AI API provider (for example fal or Replicate), that provider receives the same data for that feature.
  • Content safety
    • SeeAPI (seeapi.com): receives your uploaded photos before generation, and generated videos before they are shown, to check them for sexual and other prohibited content.
    • Microsoft Azure AI Content Safety, when enabled: receives generated images before they are shown, for the same purpose.
    • Waffo Prompt Sift (waffo.ai), when enabled: receives the descriptions you type to screen them for prohibited content before anything is generated.
  • Storage and hosting
    • Cloudflare: stores your results and uploads, and hosts and accelerates the website.
  • Payments

    • Our reseller acting as Merchant of Record, Waffo.com Limited. It sells you the plan or credit pack, processes your payment and billing details, and calculates taxes, under its own privacy policy.

  • Email
    • The provider used to send account emails, such as Resend or Cloudflare.
  • Analytics and support (only when enabled)
    • Google Analytics or Plausible for visit statistics; Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replays, with all page text and typed input masked; Crisp or Tawk for live support.

If we add or change a provider that receives your data, we will update this list before it does.

We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the providers above, we share data only to comply with legal obligations or lawful requests from public authorities, and to protect the rights, property and safety of us or our users.

Data Retention

  • Results and uploads: kept while your account is active so you can view and download them again. Deleting a result removes it from your library; to have its stored files permanently deleted, contact us.
  • Account and billing records: kept while your account is active and for as long as the law requires.
  • Moderation records: kept while your account is active, and for as long as needed afterwards to handle reports, appeals and legal obligations.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and keeping provider keys on the server only. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we continually work to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export or delete your personal information and the content you create. You can do some of this in your account settings, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age set by the law where you live).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you through the service where appropriate.
