Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not create with My Ride Is Here AI, how we check requests, how to report content, and what we do when this policy is broken.
Dernière mise à jour: 2026-10-22
Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everything you submit to My Ride Is Here AI (the "service") and everything it produces: the photos you upload, the descriptions you type ("prompts"), and the videos generated for you ("results"). It is part of our Terms of Service. Every result is made by an AI model, which we name in our Terms of Service.
Prohibited Content
You may not use the service to create, edit or request content in any of these six categories:
- Pornography and sexual content (NSFW). Nudity, sexual acts, sexualized depictions of people, and erotic or fetish content.
- Violence and gore. Graphic injury, mutilation, torture, killing, self-harm or suicide, and content that glorifies or incites violence.
- Hate speech. Content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics, including hate symbols such as the swastika.
- Child-unsafe content. Any sexual or sexualized depiction of minors (CSAM), including drawn, animated or AI-generated content and characters presented as children. There are no exceptions.
- Deepfakes and impersonation. Realistic depictions of real people, including celebrities and political figures, without their consent; content that impersonates a person, brand or organization; and content meant to deceive people about who made it, who is shown or whether it really happened.
- Copyright and trademark infringement. Copies or close imitations of characters, artwork, logos or brand marks you do not have the right to use, such as well-known cartoon characters or other companies' logos.
Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse material, content that promotes terrorism or mass violence, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes of real people lead to immediate, permanent suspension, and we may report them to the relevant authorities.
Photos of Real People
Our effects animate the photo you upload. Because that photo usually shows a real person:
- Upload only photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to be turned into a video. A photo of a minor needs the consent of their parent or guardian, and must never be used for anything suggestive.
- No celebrities, public figures or strangers. Do not upload photos of famous people, politicians or anyone who has not agreed, even for a joke.
- No sexual or degrading edits of anyone.
- Label it honestly. Results are AI-generated. When you share one, do not present it as real footage or use it to make people believe something happened that did not.
The service has no face-swap, voice-cloning or lip-sync features: an effect places the person in your photo into one fixed, playful scene, without sound.
Other prohibited conduct
- Trying to get around our safety checks, for example by misspelling blocked words, splitting a request across several prompts or uploading edited photos to slip past a check.
- Using the service to create spam, scams or content meant to mislead people.
- Any use that breaks the law where you or we operate.
How We Moderate
- Your words, before generation. Any description you type is checked before anything is generated: first against our own list of prohibited terms, which covers all six categories above and which we keep updating, then by an automated content-safety check for AI prompts (Waffo Prompt Sift). A refused request is not generated and no credits are charged for it.
- Your photo, before generation. Each uploaded photo is checked by an automated nudity and sexual-content filter (SeeAPI) before it is sent to an AI model. A refused photo is not used and no credits are charged.
- The AI model's own safeguards. The models we use apply their own safety filters to requests and results. When a model refuses a request, its credits are returned.
- Every result, before you see it. Each generated video is checked by an automated filter (SeeAPI) on frames sampled across the whole clip. A video that fails the check is deleted without being shown, the request fails, and its credits are returned. Where the service makes images, each image is checked the same way (Microsoft Azure AI Content Safety) before it is shown.
- Human review. Our team reviews what the automated checks refused or could not check, and every report we receive, and decides on any action. We keep a record of each automated check and of each human decision.
- Your results are private. Results are visible only in your own account or through the private link we email you; we do not publish them.
No automated check is perfect, so these checks do not replace your responsibility for what you upload and share.
Reporting a Violation
If you see content made with our service that breaks this policy, or if you believe content made with it uses your image or infringes your rights, please tell us:
- Email: legal@myrideishere.app. Include a link to or screenshot of the content and why you are reporting it.
- Signed in: you can also open a ticket in Support Tickets.
We review every report. We aim to respond within 24 hours to reports about child safety or about a person's own image, and within 5 business days to all others. We keep the reporter's identity confidential. Knowingly false reports are a breach of this policy.
Enforcement
Depending on how serious and how repeated a violation is, we may:
- Refuse the request. This happens automatically when a check finds prohibited content, and no credits are charged.
- Warn you by email or through a support ticket reply.
- Remove content by deleting the results concerned.
- Forfeit credits by removing credits from an account used to break this policy, without refund.
- Suspend your account. A suspended account can no longer generate, upload or buy. For zero-tolerance violations the suspension is permanent.
- Report to authorities where the law requires it or where someone may be at risk.
Appeals
If you believe we acted on your account by mistake, reply to our notice or email legal@myrideishere.app within 14 days. A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our service and the law change. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the service.
